Preheat oven to 355F Mix all ingredients in food processor Scoop onto parchment paper Flatten into 5mm sheet Use fork to prick dough Bake for 12-15 minutes
1 cup amaranth flour
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp rosemary
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 garlic clove
6 leaves thymes
