Preheat oven to 350F Line baking dish with parchment paper Peel, core, and cut apples into thin slices Soak apple slices in a bowl of water and lemon juice Mix almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt Mix coconut oil and honey in a seperate bowl Combine dry and wet ingredients Dry apples and place them across baking dish Cover apples with crumble Cover crumble with almonds Place foil over the baking dish Bake for 50 minutes Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes
